Real Estate Company Seeking Sales Manager/Base + Commission, Atlanta

Busy Real Estate Investor seeking an Acquisitions Specialist with Sales Experience/Background. We need an honest, trustworthy, hardworking person who will help take our company to the next level. We have been in business for 7 years and now we're looking to expand our team and vision. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Once training is completed you will be working part time between 25-30 hrs a week for the first 30 days. After the 30-day probationary period, your performance will be evaluated. Then will go into a full time position depending on performance and dedication to the team. Please read the details below that describe this position. Will be in charge of negotiating with sellers & putting properties under contract over the phone
Reliable transportation and available to go on live seller appointments to put properties under contract
Do a comparative market analysis, and come up with an offer amount.
Understand client database management programs, systems, Podio CRM, REI Pro, Docusign, Redfin, Zillow, Google Drive, etc.
Review the notes about the property on the CRM database.
Assign tasks to Lead Manager or Transaction coordinator depending on the result of the negotiation.
Sales background is A MUST
Real estate experience is a plus but not required
Must have a positive attitude and good work ethics
Good command of the English language (verbal or written)
Efficient, Dedicated, Honest, and Passionate
Excellent customer service skills
Tech savvy; should know how to use a smartphone, google, and other web-based applications
Highspeed DSL with at least 3mbps internet speed
Desktop or Laptop computer
Noise-cancelling headset
Back-up internet (if not available, should have access to a near cafe or co-working space that will allow you to do inbound or outbound calls)
This position will grow with the company. You must be able to do any and all things related to the success of the business. We need a go-getter that’s willing to take control when necessary!

$35,000- $50,000 Salary on an annualized basis commensurate with experience and skill set.
Sales Associates also will qualify for Bonuses based on productivity.
