ADMIN/CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR USED CAR DEALER, Atlanta

Busy used car dealer is seeking candidates for admin position. This position would handle heavy call volume, would need to be very efficient getting the necessary information and transferring it to the right person or answering questions themselves. The position also takes payments over the phone, performs various administrative tasks like bills and filing, and cleaning of their space and common areas. And when there is a sale of a vehicle, this position prepares the contracts and goes through the contracts with customer, explaining the forms and getting signature. This position requires confidence, strong organizational skills and a thick skin, you must be able to handle upset customers politely and firmly.

Candidates must have the following qualities/skills:

- must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy and honest
- must be professional, friendly and respectful
- must have clean criminal record and driving record
- must have own reliable transportation, unrestricted GA license, and smart phone
- must be hard worker and quick learner
- must have strong computer skills, including microsoft office programs
- must be able to work every Saturday and overtime with no notice
- must be able to efficiently and professionally handle a busy phone
- MUST have prior office administration and/or customer service experience
- MUST be able to cheerfully and professionally deal with upset customers and be firm but polite
- knowledge of cars or prior experience working in car sales business is not required, but a plus
