FULFILLMENT / WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT, Atlanta

Offering a full-time order fulfillment/warehouse management position for an e-commerce retail/online wholesale business operating in Suwanee, Georgia. This position requires a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who provides fast, accurate order fulfillment, proactive warehouse management, and excellent customer service.

• Full-time Monday through Friday; no evenings or weekends
• Paid holidays; no paid vacation, no health benefits

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma and a minimum 2-years fulfillment and inventory management experience
• Experience using PC platform, Windows-based environment, and Office Word and Excel apps
• Able to learn software programs quickly; apply computer-based automation where appropriate
• High-level time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail; problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Able to self-manage and excels working alone and in a group
• Able to adapt and grow with changes (new technology, shipping volume, product expansion)
• Must act in accordance with general safety rules and practices
• Operate well-maintained vehicle, evidence of active insurance, possess excellent driving record

Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack and ship retail/wholesale orders with high-level accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of product-related information for fulfillment purposes
• Provide excellent, responsive, digital-based customer service across retain/social media channels
• Ensure accuracy of received goods; interact with carrier service personnel in professional manner
• Verify receivables against purchase orders for accuracy and document issues or discrepancies
• Manage quality assurance and assist in executing quality control measures
• Select appropriate packaging/labeling to ensure efficient fulfillment and high customer satisfaction
• Optimize warehouse efficiencies by exploiting technical/material resources to fullest potential
• Audit inventory through regular, physical cycle counts and provide high-level inventory accuracy
• Proactively communicate warehouse needs/optimization opportunities to General Manager

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Exposure to warehouse environment (e.g., changing temperatures, cement/padded floors, etc.)
• Concentrated mental and visual attention with a high degree of manual dexterity
• Continuous physical activity and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Daily walking, standing, and bending; sitting for long periods of time
• Repetitive hand motion
• Drop-off to FedEx/UPS facilities within a half-mile of office 1-2 times per week
