1) Have a minimum of seven years construction management experience
2) Possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of residential construction.
3) Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
4) Understand how to maintain project schedules and be well organized
5) Be able to interact and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
6) Have a truck to drive to projects with valid driver license
7) Be honest
8) Have references
