Insurance Inspector, Albanyga

Millennium Information Services is looking for Property Insurance Inspectors in Dougherty County. This is a great opportunity for early retirees, firemen, and Realtors.

The Inspector will be responsible for conducting exterior residential insurance inspections along with appointment inspections. Direct and related experience preferred.

You will need the following items to begin:

- A dependable, fuel efficient vehicle with current insurance.
- A digital camera (10X optical zoom minimum). No cell phone cameras or tablets.
- A 10-12 inch measuring wheel.
- A 5-6 foot extendable camera pole.
- A Windows computer with high speed internet.

The ideal candidate must be able to deal with a variety of people effectively, present themselves in a professional manner, communicate effectively both written and verbally, and have an aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information. The ideal candidate must also be able to work independently utilizing effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines (you must be available to perform inspections on weekdays during daylight hours). Must be able to navigate and use computer systems and applications, including internet and email.
