I'm the owner of a small fleet of over the road dry vans and I'm looking for drivers that are self motivated and willing to do great work in exchange for great rewards.

-NO MICRO-MANAGING. We figure if you don't have brains enough to know how to truck, you wouldn't be trucking.

-We do OTR freight in all 48! We have loads in the South, Midwest, West and Northeast.- Starting Pay is 22.5% of line haul revenue with a 0.5% pay raise every 6 months until reaching 25%

- After reaching 25% you will receive a 0.5% raise annually as long as you're with the company.

- Veterans Preference given

- No forced dispatch: -choose where you want and where you don't want to go-tell us how often you want to be back home and we'll schedule it -tell us what kind of loads you want, we'll ask before we assign anything to you

- References from our other drivers available upon request

- OTR only, min. 5 days on the road depending on region. Average 14 days out.

Minimum Requirements:

- 5 Years OTR experience

.- Clean MVR and SAFER

- Clean Criminal Background

- No DUI's in the past 10 Years

- Pass Drug Test and Random Drug Testing Annually

Additional Consideration given to VETERANS and OLD SCHOOL DRIVERS!!!

Please do not waste our time if you are going to be laid up in the sleeper all day or hitting every casino or bar you pass. This is a Christian company and we expect our drivers to be ambassadors of our company name everywhere they travel.
